Overview

School-wide KPIs at a glance:

• Total students, teachers, and classes
• Overall attendance rate
• Average grade across all classes
• Revenue and subscription metrics (admin view)

At-Risk Students

Identifies students needing attention:

• Performance decline — students whose grades are dropping
• Low attendance — students missing more than a threshold
• Engagement drop — students disengaging from assignments

Each at-risk student gets a risk score and suggested interventions.

Class Analytics

Compare performance and engagement across classes:

• Grade averages per class, per subject
• Attendance rates by class
• Assignment completion rates
• Trend lines over time (week, month, term)

Student Profile

Deep-dive into a single student:

• Academic history (all subjects, all terms)
• Attendance timeline
• Assignment submission record
• Risk and engagement trend charts

Access

• System Admin — sees all schools and cross-school comparisons
• School Admin — sees their school's analytics
• Teachers — see class-level analytics for their assigned classes
• Students and Parents — do not have access to analytics
