Exams & Results

Schoolence supports the full exam lifecycle — from creation through grading to published results.

Creating exams

Teachers create exams from the Exams page.

  1. Click "Create exam"
  2. Set the title, subject, class, and date
  3. Add sections or questions
  4. Attach any reference materials
  5. Save and publish when ready

Exams can include multiple question types and attached documents.

Grading

After an exam, teachers enter grades:

  1. Open the exam from the Exams list
  2. View the student roster
  3. Enter grades per student, per question or per exam
  4. Add individual feedback (optional)
  5. Publish results when all grades are entered

Results are only visible to students and parents after publication.
