Schoolence offers tiered subscription plans for schools and individual users.

Monthly	Billed monthly	Full access to all features. Unlimited AI. Priority support.
Annual	Billed annually	Full access at a discounted rate. Best value for ongoing use.

Who needs a subscription

• Schools — subscribe to enable the platform for all their teachers, students, and parents
• Individual teachers — subscribe for personal use with their classes
• Students — subscribe for full access to AI features and premium content

Guest visitors can use limited features without a subscription.

Managing your subscription

Access subscription management from:

• The profile dropdown (click your avatar → Subscription)
• The dedicated Subscription page from the sidebar

From the subscription page you can:

• View your current plan and renewal date
• Upgrade from Free to Monthly/Annual
• Switch between Monthly and Annual billing
• Update payment method
• View billing history and invoices
• Cancel your subscription (access continues until period end)

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Supported payment methods include credit/debit cards and regional payment options depending on your country.

Invoices

View all invoices from the Invoices page (accessible from the profile dropdown). Each invoice includes:

• Date, amount, and payment status
• Downloadable PDF receipt
• Plan details for the billing period
