What is Schoolence?

Schoolence is a multi-tenant school management platform that brings administrators, teachers, students, and parents into a single shared space. It handles everything from class scheduling and attendance tracking to exam grading, AI-powered tutoring, and parent communication.

Who is it for?

Schoolence serves five distinct roles, each with a tailored experience:

Role	Description
System Admin	Oversees the entire platform. Manages schools, regions, and cross-school operations.
School Admin	Runs a single school. Configures classes, hires teachers, and manages academic delivery. Sub-roles: Administrator, Principal, Vice Principal, Accountant.
Teacher	Manages lessons, grades, assignments, attendance, and communicates with students and parents.
Student	Views schedules, submits work, reads books, takes quizzes, and uses AI tutoring.
Parent	Monitors child's attendance, results, and assignments. Submits absence requests and books interviews.

There is also a Guest (Visitor) tier for browsing the student dashboard and trying limited features before signing up.

Schoolence supports multiple countries and regions. The platform detects your country automatically and routes you to the appropriate locale. You can switch countries and languages at any time from the top navigation bar.
