Understanding Roles
Schoolence has six role types. Each role sees a different sidebar, dashboard, and feature set. The system ensures users only access what they need.

Access and approval
Schoolence separates account identity from school authority. Registering an account does not automatically grant access to school data. For School Admin (Principal, Vice-principal, Administrator, Accountant) and Teacher roles, a school membership must be approved by an authorised approver before real school data becomes accessible. Pending users see demo data only.
Publishers are external to the school hierarchy. They register independently and their published content requires Schoolence approval before becoming available to schools.
