Registration

Registration is a two-step wizard. You provide basic profile info first, then role-specific details.

Step 1 — General Info

Enter your name, surname, username, email, and password. Choose your role:

Role	Who should pick this
Admin	Platform operators managing the entire system
School Admin	Principals, vice principals, and school managers
Teacher	Classroom teachers
Student	Learners enrolled in a school
Parent	Guardians who want to track their child's progress

Step 2 — Role Details

Depending on your role, you'll provide additional information:

• Admin — No additional fields. Created by the platform operator.
• School Admin — Select your region, school, and sub-role (Administrator, Principal, Vice Principal, Accountant).
• Teacher — Select your region, school, and optionally your class and subject assignments.
• Student — Select your region, school, grade, and class.
• Parent — No class assignment during registration. You connect to children after signup.

After registration

After registration, what happens next depends on your role:

• Admin — Account is ready immediately. Created by the platform operator.
• School Admin, Teacher — Your school membership is created as pending approval. You can log into the dashboard but will see demo data until a principal or authorised admin approves your membership. You'll see a status banner: "Your access is waiting for school approval".
• Student — Can begin using the platform immediately after joining a class.
• Parent — Can connect to children after signup and start tracking progress.
